The 15th Athens Animfest was postponed because of the COVID pandemic, but in their website you can still find the Official Selection for this years competitors.

Static, by Zoe Huddleston
As an unassuming man battles the multiple facets of his own personality internally, the struggle turns outward and he engages with his surroundings. With each blow, the fight blurs the lines between which version of him is dominant. Like many battling with mental illness (therefore with themselves) this film aims to manifest that struggle.
The box, by Marie-Pierre Hauwelle
What could be more trivial than receiving a package by post? What if it wasn’t that much after all? And if. Unfortunate words which involve in Chloé improbable hypotheses chaining in cascade of reactions more irrational and eccentric the ones than the others. So when Chloé, about to go on vacation, finds in her mailbox a package addressed to her, but of which she knows neither the sender nor the content, it gives a crazy tale of anxiety, of course! Because if anxiety were a religion, Chloe would be the pope.
An animated film in cut paper, shot in Toulouse.
The Unusual Bath of Mister Otmar, by Niko Radas
Mister Otmar’s way of living is not aligned with the society he lives in. He’s been brought before court as being deemed as dangerous for the collective thinking and sentenced to a psychiatric treatment with the aim of returning him to socially acceptable frameworks. However, the prescribed therapy confronts with unexpected resistance.
