IZAL – La Increíble Historia del Hombre Que Podía Volar Pero No Sabía Cómo (Translation: The Incredible Story of the Man Who Could Fly But He Did not Know How)
The music group IZAL has just released a music video for their single “La Increíble Historia del Hombre Que Podía Volar Pero No Sabía Cómo” (Translation: The Incredible Story of the Man Who Could Fly But He Did not Know How). The video is a stop motion animated space adventure where the band travels to a distant planet where the rocks emit a power light. They take damage to their ship along the way and have to battle a monster, but in the end they are well and the world is good.
The music video produced by Hiru Animation utilizes a mix of stop motion and composited elements to make this scifi tale of adventure. The puppets are silicone based while the sets and environments for the most part are practical hand built works of art. You can check out the video and crew list below.
