JUNK by Walter Tournier is a master work of metal and armature in a post apocalyptic world. The film was released a few years ago but still holds up. In the film we find a robotic man building himself a metal dog. The story is simple but gives the viewer a sense of comfort even in a landscape filled with the remains of a long lost civilization. What’s especially magical about this film is the armature construction. All the puppets are made form metal and you can literally see the scale of the puppets from just observing the size of the metal nuts and bolts along with the various pieces of the animals such as spoons and cans. This is a magical film and we love every moment of this film. Check it out at the link below.
