The Adventures of Mark Twain is an animation classic produced by Will Vinton Studios. This film has the legendary status as being completely made out of clay. Every character, prop, and scene is a masterfully sculpted piece of work presented in 24 frames per second glory. We lost Will Vinton last year to a terrible illness but his legend still echoes in our hearts and minds nearly everyday. The film The Adventures of Mark Twain marked a major achievement in stop motion animation and was one of the biggest productions produced at Will Vinton Studios. This film truly defines what “Claymation” is. Someone thankfully ripped the behind the scenes of the film from a television broadcast recorded back in the 1980’s found on a VHS and posted it onto YouTube. Thank you mystery person!
