Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stop Motion Magazine, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, subscriptions, and educational resources. Because of the nature of digital goods and online memberships, please review the following policies regarding refunds and cancellations.


1. Digital Products & Downloads

  • All sales of digital products (including plugins, calculators, applications, PDFs, and downloadable tools) are final.
  • Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or license issued, we cannot offer a refund.

2. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

  • Enrollment fees for online courses and workshops are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to a course, please contact us for assistance.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
  • Many issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.
