1. About Us
Stop Motion Magazine (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital magazine subscriptions, online tools and applications, downloadable software plugins, and educational content related to animation and filmmaking.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription fees are billed immediately upon signup and renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
- By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
4. Digital Products & Downloads
- Purchases of plugins, tools, or downloadable content are delivered electronically.
- All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for personal or professional projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share these products.
5. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
- Digital goods: No refunds once the file has been downloaded or the license has been issued.

6. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- Accounts, subscriptions, and downloads are for individual use only and may not be shared.
