Chloé Alliez , and Violette Delvoye, are two animators that after finishing their studies in France, decided to create a project called World in (Stop)Motion.
With a puppet called Gaïa, who decides to travel across the world, Chloé and Violette created an itinerant animated series in stop motion, traveling by van and stopping to create workshops from two days to a week long, to create a new episode in Gaïa´s adventure.
Each episode gets to be made by different people who take part in the workshop: kids and adults, in different places.
Alongside the episodes (ten episodes in a nine month period, from 2017 to 2018), the project´s page shows you the people, time an place each one was made, the behind the scenes and in some cases, the making of.
