He travels to his local store and buys some kind of lawn bowling balls and proceeds to drill, cut, mill, and weld big pieces of metal and turn it into this amazing piece of artwork. Now how practical is it? Well, I would guess that it would be fun to play with and build a giant sculpture or better yet huge puppet.
